CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ours. Please note that HBHAIR STUDIO requires at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 30% of service fee. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
